Terms and Conditions
Onsite support will be provided for contract clients at 0.5 hour minimum. Administrator level access required for all computers under support contract. Contract fees will be billed monthly to a pre-authorized credit card or on account subject to approval. Addition of workstations or servers may require up to 7 days to complete initial backup. Daily backup timeframe subject to client internet connection speed and reliability. ( Exchange Store) files of over 4GB in size that change daily will be resynced on a weekly basis offsite and nightly to local NAS. 5/8/52 Telephone and remote support is on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Support contracts may require the installation of remote Terms & Conditions management software and configuration of client routers. Additional shared/non-shared folders and data subject to additional charges
